WISHES COLLECTION PRICING & MINIMUM EXPENDITURES To get an idea of how much a Wishes Collection Wedding will cost, select a ceremony location and multiply your number of guests by the Food & Beverage minimum per person for the meal time selected. Then add in additional enhancements* which include elements such as floral, décor, entertainment, photography and videography. For example:

A Wishes Collection Wedding has a minimum food and beverage expenditure starting at $140 per person. Additional factors (day of the week, time of day) may augment this price.

Minimum expenditures can be met through a combination of floral, décor, music, entertainment, special transportation, photography/videography and venue rentals, for the reception only. Wishes Collection events require a minimum of 20 guests, including the couple.

Breakfast/Brunch Receptions immediately follow the 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, and 9:30 AM wedding ceremonies. Lunch Receptions immediately follow the 12:00 PM ceremony. Dinner Receptions immediately follow the 2:30 PM, 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM ceremonies. There is a minimum per person food and beverage expenditure for guests under the age of twenty-one (21). Your Disney Wedding Planner will assist in estimating these costs. Minimum food and beverage expenditure is comprised of food and beverage costs planned on the event day, which may include pre-reception, reception, wedding cake and all alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages.

* Disney charter bus transportation will be required for use of this venue. All talent performing within Magic Kingdom park must be secured by Walt Disney Entertainment through your Disney Wedding Planner. All additional floral and décor must be secured by Walt Disney World through your Disney Wedding Planner. The capacity for this venue is 50 guests maximum and the back-up location for this venue is the Wedding Pavilion.

NOTE: These prices are based on three (3)-hour minimums, including scheduled breaks. These performers are versatile and participate in wedding ceremonies as well as cocktail receptions or as background dinner music. Should you choose to bring in outside entertainment, a minimal fee beginning at $950.00(DJ) and $1550.00 (Band) will be charged to cover lighting, dance floor and staging. Any talent requirements over mentioned elements are fees above the $950.00. During the month of December, DJ prices are doubled.

WISHES COLLECTION GUIDELINES Guest Accommodations Requirement In order to make it simple and more affordable for your wedding guests to attend your special Disney event, we are pleased to offer specially priced room rates available throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort. To ensure your comfort level, your Disney Wedding Planner will be happy to discuss the best resort offerings for your guests. A specially designated Wedding Group Reservation center will receive your guests' requests via phone.

In order to set up reserved rooms for your wedding and receive discounted room rates, a minimum guarantee of room nights is required in a block of reserved rooms. The accommodations of the Couple counts towards this minimum guarantee. Your Disney Wedding Planner will be happy to discuss this in detail to ensure your comfort level.

Complimentary Night If you and your guests book a minimum of 10 room nights at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, a complimentary standard room is offered in the resort location of your choice (based on availability).

Deposit & Payment Twelve (12) months prior to your desired wedding date, we are able to tentatively hold space for your Disney Fairy Tale Wedding. Most wedding locations may be contracted twelve (12) months in advance of your wedding date. When contracting, we will send you a Letter of Agreement outlining all space, hotel rooms, policies and procedures relating to your wedding event. You will review this document, secure signatures of all responsible parties and return it with a $4,000 deposit (payable by bank check, credit card, wire transfer or money order,). The deposit will be applied toward your wedding and $3,000 is non-refundable once it is received. This will act as your commitment to host your wedding at Walt Disney World Resort and enable us to begin planning your events and reserving hotel room accommodations. Additionally, ninety (90) days prior to your wedding date, your full minimum balance is due (less $3,000 of the Deposit).

Special Considerations If your wedding is within 90 days of the execution of your Letter of Agreement, we will require a greater deposit as calculated by your Disney Wedding Planner.
