QWhen can I host my wedding or vow renewal?
Events can take place 7 days a week and most days of the year. The only days we do not host wedding and vow renewal events are Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

We offer open houses
at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion and Franck’s Studio a couple weekends a month. Both locations are also open Monday through Friday during select hours. Additionally, some of our venues are also open to the public and you can visit them at your leisure, based on availability. Please check with your Disney Wedding Consultant for the hours and locations.
QWhen can I book my event?
AYou can begin planning with your Disney Wedding Consultant 16 months prior for wedding and vow renewal events including a ceremony and full reception with meal and 10 months prior for all other wedding and vow renewal events. Options range from chartered motor coaches to specialty cars for the wedding couple. As part of the Walt Disney World Resort experience, complimentary bus service

QHow do I plan the menu for my wedding event?
AFor your reception with a full meal, we offer in-person group menu tastings several times a month which offers you the opportunity to taste some of the wonderful culinary options available for your event.
You may schedule your menu tasting with your Disney Wedding Planning Team.
If you are not available for an in-person menu tasting, your Wedding Planner can expertly guide you through this process via phone appointments and email.
Please keep in mind that all food and beverage, including the wedding cake, must be provided by Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings.
QCan I have a religious ceremony?
AAll of our ceremony locations are designed as non-denominational ceremony options. The content of your ceremony is determined by you and your officiant. You are welcome to contact and arrange for the officiant of your choice.
QCan I provide my own wedding services?
AOne of the best things about hosting your wedding or vow renewal at Disney is that you can relax and let us take care of most of the elements of your event. If this is not right for your wedding event, our ballroom locations do allow you to bring in some additional services.
