HOW IT WORKS

Wedding events are held to an event minimum expenditure. The event minimum is determined by ceremony venue, day of week and time of day. Your Ceremony Venue Fee and any or all of the following Disney Weddings Service elements can be used toward your event minimum.

Ceremony venue fees cover the price of your ceremony venue as well as standard ceremony seating, musician, sound system with technician, water station and if outdoors, a rain backup location. This also includes your Day-of Coordinator.

    Disney’s Wedding Pavilion

    Ceremony Venue Fee: $8,000
    Our premier wedding venue is ensconced in a lush and tranquil garden setting. This private indoor venue offers views of Cinderella Castle and an aisle flanked by brilliant, white pews. Thoughtful design details include 2 private vestibules for you to prepare and a climate-controlled solarium easily welcoming up to 250 guests to accommodate any last-minute preparations.

Deposit and Payment
  • For ceremony and full reception events with meal, we can tentatively hold space for your Disney Fairy Tale Wedding 12 months prior. Most wedding locations may be contracted 12 months in advance of your wedding date. All other wedding events can be held and booked up to 10 months prior to your requested wedding date.
  • When contracting, we will send you a Letter of Agreement outlining all space, hotel rooms, policies and procedures relating to your wedding event.
  • You will review this document, secure signatures of all responsible parties and return it with a non-refundable deposit which is determined by the total spend, outlined in the Agreement (payable by credit card or wire transfer).
  • The deposit will be applied toward your wedding.
  • This Agreement will act as your commitment to host your wedding at Walt Disney World Resort and enable us to begin planning your events and reserving hotel room accommodations.
  • Your full balance (less the deposit) is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Special Considerations
If your wedding is within 90 days of the execution of your Letter of Agreement, we will require a greater deposit as calculated by your Disney Wedding Planner.

  • Specialty reception venues are subject to additional fees.
  • Most ceremony venues include a musician for your ceremony, a water station and a sound system.
  • In-park locations are subject to park hours and special venue ceremony times.
  • Prices do not include any applicable tax, service charges, gratuity or additional fees.
  • Taxes and services charges do not go towards meeting your event minimum.
  • All products/services and pricing are subject to availability and may change at any time without notice.
  • Higher prices may apply during certain seasons and on holidays.
