Every bride wants to look fabulous on her wedding day!  And, of course, the right gown, make-up and hairstyle will make a world of difference. (Good lighting is also important. I always travel with my own lighting crew; consider it if your budget allows. Or, better yet get in touch with the experts at Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons. They really know how to make a bride- and even a groom- look fabulous!)

But sometimes, it takes more than all these embellishments to make you look fantastique. Sometimes, you actually have to go through the awful, terrible, sweaty, exhausting process of actually getting in shape. Just talking about it makes moi tired, but a bride's gotta do what a bride's gotta do. So let me make it easier for you:

  1. Start out by writing up a daily workout regimen. Look at it daily.
  2. If this doesn't help and you simply must work out, I suggest  you hire a personal trainer. Not only are personal trainers terrifically handsome hunks, but you can make them work out for you! That's right: if he wants more push-ups, let him do them! Hey, you're the one paying! Why should you have to sweat?
  3. If a personal trainer is too expensive, then get one of those in-home fitness machines. You may not actually use it, but I guarantee that after two weeks you'll get a major workout looking for it under all the dirty clothes you've piled on top of it.
  4. Want to work out while getting out of the house? Then I suggest taking up a challenging hobby. Some women like bicycling. Some like rock climbing. Personally, those are too tame for moi; I go for a full body workout "“ outlet mall shopping. Trust me, if you've never spent a day "Outlet Bound", you don't know working out.

Whatever you do, I know you'll look tres marvelous on your wedding day. And if anyone says anything different, let me know and I'll give "˜em a workout on their face.
