Brittney never imagined one of the first people she would meet after transferring to a new college would end up becoming her future husband. While working out at the campus gym, she locked eyes with a "handsome stranger" across the room. As time passed, "the butterflies in her stomach grew along with the number of glances across the gym to one another."

She wrapped up her workout and made her way down the stairs, only to find the "handsome stranger" walking up them. As they passed each other, not a single word was spoken, leaving her disappointed at a missed opportunity. But seconds later, she felt a tap on the shoulder. "Excuse me, my name is Matt and I don't usually do this but would you like to go out with me?" Brittney blurted out, "Yes!" before he even finished his sentence.

Matt and Brittney went on what they described as an "awkwardly perfect" first date and immediately fell in love. After two and half years of dating, the couple traveled to Walt Disney World for a family trip. They spent the day adventuring through the theme parks until Matt said he had something special planned for the two of them. They made their way to Seven Seas Lagoon, where he surprised Brittney with the Ferrytale Fireworks dessert cruise. As they enjoyed an evening sailing, it was finally time for the fireworks spectacular at the Magic Kingdom. Right in the middle of the show, Matt pulled Brittney away from the railing and got down on one knee!

After the most amazing engagement at Walt Disney World, the couple knew they wanted a Disney's Fairy Tale Wedding. They did some research and decided  Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa would be the perfect place for a tropical wedding filled with Disney magic. Together they celebrated their happily ever after with an elegant ceremony at Lanikuhonua overlooking the pacific ocean. The whole day ended up being more than either of them could have ever imagined and it was "perfect in every way."
