My Wedding Details

Please read and fill out the questionnaire and return to your Escape Ceremony Coordinator no later than eight (8) weeks prior to your event date. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your coordinator. We look forward to helping you plan your very own fairy tale!

ESCAPE COLLECTION ELEMENTS
  • Ceremony and celebration venue with standard setup
  • Planning and On-Site Escape Ceremony Coordinator
  • A professional photographer for up to two (2) hours to capture the ceremony and celebration, (20) print 6X9 album, online posting of photos and proof resolution disc
  • Keepsake Mickey and Minnie Mouse figurine
  • Four (4) hour consecutive limousine charter for transportation to and from the ceremony and celebration venue
  • 2-Tier wedding cake
  • Two (2) bottles of Enchantée Champagne for the toast (may also be exchanged for non-alcoholic Sparkling Cider)

PHOTOGRAPHY
One of our professional Disney photographers will capture your most treasured moments. Up to two (2) hours of coverage is included with the Escape Collection. You will receive a (20) print 6x9 album with your choice of photos along with website posting and a proof resolution disc (suitable for email and online posting).
Your photos will be sent via courier service and a signature will be required for delivery. Please indicate below the mailing address you would like them sent to (photos cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses).
The Escape Collection includes shipping of included photography elements to the Continental US. For deliveries outside of the Continental US, additional shipping charges will apply.

An (8) passenger limousine is included with the Escape Collection for a (4) consecutive hour charter to ensure the bride and groom arrive in style!

*Please note that we recommend a maximum of (2) scheduled pickups prior to your ceremony. For pickup locations outside of the Walt Disney World Resort, please discuss with your coordinator.
TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENTS
MUSIC
A solo violinist is included as part of the Escape Collection. For ceremonies at Disney's Wedding Pavilion, an organist will perform for your ceremony and a violinist will perform for your celebration. A Groom's Song is only available for ceremonies at Disney's Wedding Pavilion. Please indicate your musical selections below. A Special Music Request may be available. Please indicate your desired selections below and our Ceremony Coordinator will check with our Entertainment Department.(Music suggestions listed below.)
