• The charming Disney's BoardWalk Inn and its surrounding shops, entertainment and dining are also visible on the opposite shore of Crescent Lake.
• Tables, food stations, a bar, heat lamps and lighting can be set up on the beach to create an informal but comfortable affair that becomes even more intimate and romantic when the stars come out.
• With the capacity for as many as 1,000 guests, this expansive outdoor venue can host a surprisingly grand and lively beach bash, if you so desire.
• Events in outdoor locations may be moved indoors due to inclement weather. A decision will be made a maximum of 5 hours prior to the start time of your event.

• Please note that due to refurbishments at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, this venue is not available through late 2027.
• Events must end by 10:00 PM.
• A buffet menu featuring savory appetizers, carved meats and more is available at this location.
• Additional lighting required after sunset.
• Events in outdoor locations may be moved indoors due to inclement weather. A decision will be made a maximum of 5 hours prior to the start time of your event.
• Please be aware that ambient noise may be a factor during your outdoor event.
